On the occasion of my certification as a CNVC trainer, I want to contribute to the spreading of the ideas of Marshall Rosenberg. The certification process has brought me a lot in terms of getting to know myself better, understanding the other better, about this and making choices that benefit me. A process of developing awareness, ownership and autonomy. This is what I wish everyone!
The NVC-Help.app contains the following functionalities:
1. List of feelings
Here you will find an overview of pleasant and unpleasant feelings. by pressing the slider you can easily switch between pleasant and unpleasant.
2. List of needs
The name says it all, a list of needs classified by categories.
3. Thought Unpacker
The “thought extractor” is a tool to convert quasi feelings (which are thoughts) into feelings and needs. the functionality is intuitive and takes you to unpack and dissect thoughts you have about the other person to take ownership.
4. Phrases Builder
The “sentence builder” is a tool to create “classic” GC sentences. You can choose between “speaking honestly” and “listening empathically”. You probably talk differently in real life. This tool helps you focus on feelings and needs. (and that, of course, is what connecting is all about)

6. On Home Screen
With an instruction you can put the app on your phone. The app automatically chooses the text that matches your phone! This will “install” the app on your phone. You don’t have to get an update from the app / play store every time.
